Cooperation between SyncVR and Psylaris

Psylaris and SyncVR Medical enter into intensive cooperation.

Dutch companies Psylaris and SyncVR Medical will enter into an intensive collaboration starting July 1. SyncVR Medical, a leading company offering a platform with Virtual Reality (VR) applications for hospitals, will work to bring Psylaris' promising applications to this market.

Psylaris is a developer of blended care solutions for the GGZ market. Its first product, EMDR-VR, is successfully used in trauma treatments by more than 20 institutions in the Netherlands. With EMDR-VR, therapists can realise a more intensive treatment process for clients without spending additional hours. This way, institutions achieve faster results and reduce waiting times for patients.

SyncVR sees the potential of the solution within the hospital sector and will use its expertise to make the benefits that are now being achieved at GGZ institutions also available in the hospital setting.

Mike Verhiel, CEO Psylaris: "We see SyncVR Medical as a reliable partner that wants to improve healthcare as much as possible with the help of innovative solutions. We therefore have every confidence that the cooperation in the chosen sector will lead to great positive impact."

Floris van der Breggen, CEO SyncVR Medical: "There is still far too little cooperation between e-health providers. This form of cooperation is a unique example of how two promising parties can strengthen each other. Ultimately, the patient benefits.

In the coming months, both parties will start pilot tests in the medical sector. The first interested hospitals have already signed up for this. To participate in the pilot, healthcare providers can register at https://syncvr.tech/.
